WE MANAGE is based in Erbil and works with companies across the Kurdistan Region, including Sulaymaniyah and Duhok, as well as the rest of Iraq. Website, branding, and system projects are delivered remotely with online meetings, approvals, and reporting, so a company does not need to be in Erbil to work with us.
No. Consultation, approvals, revisions, reporting, and training all run through online meetings and the client portal. Companies in Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Baghdad, and elsewhere in Iraq work with us the same way an Erbil company does. In-person meetings are available in Erbil when they help.
Ask four questions before you sign anything. Who owns the final files and the domain when the project ends? What exactly is included, in writing, and what counts as a change request? What happens after launch, who updates it, and at what cost? And can you see the work running for a real client, not just a portfolio image? A company that answers all four clearly is a safer choice than one that only quotes a low price.
All three. Websites and systems are built in Kurdish, Arabic, and English, including full right-to-left layout for Kurdish and Arabic rather than a mirrored English design. Interfaces, reports, and client portals can be delivered in the language your team actually works in.
It depends on the number of pages, whether content and photography exist already, and whether the site connects to a system such as booking, POS, or a client portal. A brochure site and a website tied into a custom ERP are different projects. We quote a fixed scope and price in a written proposal after a consultation, so there is no open-ended hourly bill.
